Also known as "Eight-Dragon God Serena", God Serena is one of the Spriggan 12 from the Alvarez Empire. His actions are exaggerated and gaudy, but he is a somewhat pitiful man who is often disregarded. Although once considered the strongest mage in Ishgar, formerly ranking highest among the Ten Wizard Saints, his loyalty shifted to the Alvarez Empire.
